Most recently I worked as a project manager for Pulsed Light Technologies GmbH. They are building petawatt-class lasers for nuclear fusion research.
Before that I helped build a research group in biomedical imaging at Helmholtz Zentrum München (HPC Bruns) and NCT Dresden (FBOO).
Before that I helped build a clinical trial for Lumicell. Ask me and I can show you my thumbprints on their approval notice.
In my spare time I climb mountains, hike across countries, make art, play disc golf, and generally explore the world.

- Photon correlation: A suite of tools for processing photon arrival time data (TTTR, TCSPC) developed for my PhD work.

Kunst und Krebs: An art installation at NCT Dresden. I designed the lighting for the two pieces made by Eric Beier, intended to demonstrate the role of fluorescence imaging in medicine, where it is used to identify otherwise invisible differences between types of tissue.
